Warranty Coverage
Your automatic mahjong table includes a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase.
During the warranty period, we will provide repair or replacement services for any malfunction caused by manufacturing defects or mechanical/electrical failure under normal use.
Included Services
- Up to 3 free troubleshooting sessions (remote or virtual support)
- Repair or replacement of defective parts related to table functionality
- Technical support for operational issues
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Cosmetic damage, including scratches, dents, stains, discoloration, or damage to the table frame
- Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, accidents, water exposure, or unauthorized modifications
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage occurring during customer-arranged transportation or relocation
Additional Notes
- Warranty service may require photo/video verification of the issue
- Replacement parts may be new or refurbished equivalent parts
- Customer may be responsible for shipping or transportation costs related to warranty service unless otherwise agreed upon
